SHIPPING & RETURNS

ADDRESS CORRECTION 

Packages are sent to the "Ship To" address provided when the order is submitted.  If the address is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible so the correction can be made before the package is shipped.  Once the package has been shipped, we will do our best to contact the shipping provider and see if a correction can be made.  We will work on a solution to resolve the matter.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact us via the contact page first, and we will try to resolve the issue as easy as possible.

Unused merchandise in original packaging, may be returned within 14 days.   We do not accept returns if the item has been opened, used, or altered in any way.  If items are returned because of defect or error on our part, the items will be replaced or refunded.  Orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer, and returned by the carrier, will be subject to return shipping charges.  Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.  If the merchandise is damaged, a picture is required.  That way we can file a shipping claim and send out a replacement as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHOD

We accept all major credit cards that are supported by Stripe payment systems.

PRICE CHANGES

All prices are subject to change without notice.  Price adjustments are effective immediately when posted to the website.  This is also effective for sale prices as well.  Prices will never be changed once payment has been made at a specific price.

TERMS OF SALE

We do not ship COD.  All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.  Payment must be in US funds and may be made by any major credit card supported by Paypal payment systems.

SHIPPING CHARGES & PROCESSING

Shipping charges are added to the total of the order and is based on weight and distance from our shop in Burbank, CA unless otherwise noted.   We've tried to come up with a shipping system that is practical and customer friendly.  When purchasing one candle there is a flat rate of  $7.00.  When purchasing more than one candle the rate upgrades to USPS Flat Rate Priority Shipping.  With the cost of shipping increasing, the weight of the candles, and distance, this has been the best solution for our customers.  It also ensures a faster delivery, insurance, and tracking.  

Orders are generally shipped within five days or less.  All of our candles are hand poured in small batches and can take up to 72 hours to make from start to finish. However, some varieties and certain time periods throughout the year may require additional time to assure a high quality product.  There will be a notice on the website if production and processing is talking longer then usual.  Once your products are in transit you will be notified of tracking information.
